1. (a) A regular certification of a course is valid for two years after issuance by the Board unless revoked by the Board.

2. (b) Certification of a course may be revoked by the Board, under the guidelines set forth by the Board when:

   1. (1) There is no longer a demonstrated need for the course; or
   2. (2) Evaluation indicates that an acceptable quality of instruction is not being provided; or
   3. (3) There is failure to comply with the criteria set forth in these regulations.
3. (c) In lieu of revocation, the Board may instead certify the course on a provisional basis under Section 233.5.
