1. (a) The Nondisposal Facility Element (NDFE) shall identify the non-disposal facilities to be used by a jurisdiction to assist in reaching the diversion mandates of Public Resources Code Section 41780.
2. (b) The NDFE shall include the items identified in Sections 18752 through 18754.5 of this chapter.
3. (c) For the purpose of this Article, a nondisposal facility is any solid waste facility required to obtain a permit pursuant to Article 1 (commencing with Section 44001) Chapter 3, Part 4 of the Public Resources Code, except a disposal facility or a transformation facility.
4. (d) The NDFE shall reflect information available to a jurisdiction at the time of the development of the document. The NDFE may also contain additional information as determined by a jurisdiction.
5. (e) A jurisdiction may include other facilities not defined as nondisposal facilities (i.e. recycling centers, drop-off centers, household hazardous waste facilities, etc.).
6. (f) For the purpose of this Article, a jurisdiction is a city, county, city and county, or regional agency.
