Cal. Code Regs. tit. 14, § 18632
(b) If a load of oil contains any volume of lubricating oil, the hauler must provide an estimate of the amount, in gallons, of lubricating oil and the amount, in gallons, of industrial oil collected from the generator.
In addition to the information required by Section 66263.22 of Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations, used oil haulers must include the following information on each manifest receipt:

1. Repealer filed 12-21-88; operative 1-20-89 (Register 89, No. 1).
2. New section filed 8-20-92 as an emergency; operative 8-20-92 (Register 92, No. 34). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL 12-18-92 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
3. Certificate of Compliance as to 8-20-92 order transmitted to OAL 12-17-92 and filed 2-2-93 (Register 93, No. 6).
4. Amendment of section heading and section filed 5-8-2017; operative 7-1-2017 (Register 2017, No. 19).
