1. (a) The standardized permit provisions of this Article shall apply only to solid waste facilities as specified in the minimum standards set forth in Chapters 3, 3.1, or 3.2 of Division 7 of the Title.
2. (b) A standardized permit obtained pursuant to this Article shall contain only those terms and conditions applicable to the type of facility receiving it as set out in the minimum standards for that type of facility.

3. (c) Sections 18105.1 through 18105.11 establish the requirements for a standardized permit as follows:
