1. (a) Payment shall be made only after the site has been fully remediated
2. (b) The grantee shall disperse the funds, within sixty days (60) of receipt, to the property owner.

A grant agreement for reimbursement to a property owner shall include all elements of 17993.6 except for (b) and (c). In addition, the following shall be included:
