1. (a) If paragraph (1) of subdivision (e) of section 42051.2 of the Public Resources Code requires an Independent Producer to submit a proposed plan amendment to the advisory board, the advisory board shall have no more than 60 calendar days to review the amendment and provide comments to the Independent Producer.
2. (b) The Independent Producer shall include, with the proposed plan amendment submitted to the Department as required in paragraph (1) of subdivision (e) of section 42051.2 of the Public Resources Code, summary of all comments received from the advisory board and identify revisions, if any, made in response to the comments.
3. (c) The Department shall approve the proposed plan amendment if it contains all the elements required pursuant to the Act and meets all requirements of this chapter. In determining whether the proposed plan amendment contains all the elements required pursuant to the Act and meets all requirements of this chapter, the Department shall consider comments submitted to the Independent Producer by the advisory board as summarized by the Independent Producer pursuant to subdivision (b), as well as any revisions by the Independent Producer in response to those comments. Approval does not alter the expiration date of the plan.
4. (d) The Independent Producer shall post the amended plan on the Independent Producer's internet website within five calendar days of approval by the Department.
