This chapter shall be known as the California Natural Resources Agency (“Agency”) Proposition 4 Urban Greening Grant Program. These regulations apply to Grants funded by the Agency from Proposition 4, otherwise known as SB 867 (Allen 2024), the Safe Drinking Water, Wildfire Prevention, Drought Preparedness, and Clean Air Bond Act of 2024.
