1. (a) Projects that improve the watershed.
2. (b) Projects that increase wildfire resilience, including chaparral and forest restoration.
3. (c) Projects that support workforce development that addresses needs related to the objectives of Proposition 4 and are designed to create career pathways for individuals from disadvantaged communities, severely disadvantaged communities, or vulnerable populations.
4. (d) Projects that reduce the risks of climate change impacts upon communities, fish and wildlife, and natural resources and increase public access.
5. (e) Projects that reduce climate impacts on disadvantaged communities and vulnerable populations.
6. (f) Projects that create, protect, and expand outdoor recreation opportunities.
7. (g) Projects that protect, restore, and enhance the natural resource values of the state park system and expand recreational opportunities and public access to state and public park nonmotorized trails, including the enhancement and expansion of existing trails and creation of new trails.
