1. (a) Existing natural conditions including trees and other vegetation;
2. (b) Wildlife habitat areas, streamflows, springs and waterholes, and stream channels (i.e., clearing of debris) to protect fish and wildlife resources;
3. (c) Erosion control facilities;
4. (d) Existing public recreational facilities, access roads and streets, sidewalks, gutters, bicycle and pedestrian trails, and similar facilities except where the activity will involve removal of a scenic resource including a stand of trees or a rock outcropping.
