1. (a) If the Executive Director decides to file an application, the original executed application, all exhibits thereto, and all other relevant documents shall be stamped “Filed BCDC” with the date of filing.
2. (b) If the Executive Director decides that an application cannot be filed, the original executed application, all exhibits thereto, and all other relevant documents shall be stamped “Not Filed BCDC” with the date of the Executive Director's decision.
