1. (a) The Executive Director shall set the agenda for regular meetings.
2. (b) The Chair may alter the sequence of the agenda for any particular meeting if he or she believes such change is desirable.
3. (c) The Executive Director or the Chair may set specific times for the consideration of particular items.
