The Executive Director will approve coverage under a regionwide permit by issuing a copy of the applicable regionwide permit(s) to you. The approval will include the applicant's and any co-applicant's name and address, and the location of the project. You must acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of the permit within 14 days of receiving it. To do this, sign and date the permit and return a signed copy to the Executive Director. You are not covered under the permit until the Executive Director receives the signed copy.

The Executive Director will provide notice of approval of coverage under the regionwide permit in the administrative listing distributed and posted on the Commission's website in accordance with section 10620(c).
