How a Decision Is Made to Approve or Deny Your Application.

- (a) Approval. Your application will be approved if your proposed project includes only authorized activities described in one or more regionwide permits.
- (b) Denial. Your application will be denied if your proposed project includes any activities that are not authorized activities described in one or more regionwide permits or if the project would harm the Bay or Bay resources, including environmentally sensitive areas, or public access to the Bay, due to its unique location.
The Executive Director will approve or deny your application within 10 days of determining that it is complete.
