Before the Commission considers a proposed regionwide permit or proposed amended regionwide permit, the Executive Director will distribute to the Commission all written comments received during the public comment period. The Executive Director will post these comments on the Commission's website along with the materials for the meeting when the Commission will consider the proposed permit or amended permit.
