1. (a) Any applicant who wishes to appeal pursuant to Section 11550 shall inform the Executive Director in writing of that fact and the reasons therefore and provide all supporting documents within five (5) days of receiving written notice of the determination being appealed.
2. (b) Prior to placing the appeal on the Commission's agenda, the Executive Director, the Chair, and the applicant shall attempt to resolve the disagreement.
