1. (a) The Executive Director shall file with the Secretary of the Resources Agency notice of the issuance of a permit for which the Commission has prepared an environmental assessment and acted as lead agency, in accordance with section 10524 of these regulations.
2. (b) The Executive Director shall file with the Secretary of the Resources Agency notice of the adoption of a plan or plan amendment for which the Commission has prepared an environmental assessment and acted as lead agency in accordance with subsection 11007(a) of these regulations.
