1. (a) Within five (5) working days of the filing of an application with the local government for a marsh development authorization, the local government shall provide in writing to the Commission the following information:

   1. (1) the fact of the application;
   2. (2) the nature of the project;
   3. (3) the date the local government filed the application;
   4. (4) the date of any public hearing(s) that will be held; and
   5. (5) an estimated date when the local government will take final action.
2. (b) The local government shall also promptly notify the Commission within five (5) working days of any changes to the application.
