1. (a) The Commission shall hold a public hearing on the local protection program or component or amendment within ninety (90) days of its receipt from the County.
2. (b) The Executive Director shall mail by first class mail or electronic mail, and shall also make available on the Commission's website, notice of the public hearing to all Commissioners and their Alternates, to each of the governmental agencies listed in paragraph (a) of Section 11202, to all interested agencies, organizations, and individuals, and to any other person who requests such notice in writing.
