1. (a) within the City of Larkspur, any area, excepting certain sloughs, situated within the area described in the “Notice of Non-Jurisdiction of the BCDC--Larkspur Boardwalk” appearing as Appendix A to these regulations and filed by the Executive Director with the County of Marin; and
2. (b) within the County of Marin, any area, excepting certain sloughs, situated within the area described in the “Notice of Non-Jurisdiction of the BCDC--Greenbrae Boardwalk” appearing as Appendix B to these regulations and filed by the Executive Director with the County of Marin.

“Areas commonly known as the Larkspur and Greenbrae Boardwalks,” means:
