1. (a) Shall be kept as part of Grantee's Equipment inventory for the duration of its useful life,

2. (b) Shall only be used on Project activities that are applicable to the Project category for which the Equipment was acquired, except

   1. (1) May be used for non-Project activities, provided the Grantee is funding the portion of the acquisition price, not including matching funds, for the non-Project activities,
   2. (2) May be used for other OHV purposes, not directly associated with Project activities, provided the Grantee obtains prior written approval from the OHMVR Division.
3. (c) Shall keep stored securely and maintained in safe working order,
4. (d) Shall display an approved version of the OHMVR Division “OHV Trust Funds at Work” logo. Grantees may obtain logos free of charge from the OHMVR Division by submitting a request via email to the OHMVR Division,

5. (e) Grantee must submit an Equipment Disposition Request (Rev. 10/25) (refer to Appendix, incorporated by reference) and obtain prior written approval from the OHMVR Division prior to disposition, and

   1. (f) Ownership and title belongs to the Grantee.

The following requirements apply to all Equipment, Heavy Equipment, and Trailers acquired with funds from this Grants program:
