1. (a) Requests for reallocating Grant funding within the same cost category and/or additional contributions of match. The Grantee shall submit a written request via email to the Grantee's assigned Grant Administrator.

   1. (1) The OHMVR Division shall review the reallocation request to determine whether it aligns with these Regulations and approve or deny the request.
   2. (2) Notice of approval or disapproval shall be sent via email, with an explanation why the request was denied, if denied.
   3. (3) The Grantee must retain a copy of the approval email.

2. (b) Requests for reallocating Grant funding from one cost category to a different cost category. The Grantee shall complete the Project Cost Estimate Reallocation Request form (Rev. 10/25) (refer to Appendix, incorporated by reference) and submit the form via email to the Grantee's assigned Grant Administrator.

   1. (1) The OHMVR Division shall review the Project Cost Estimate Reallocation Request form to determine whether it aligns with these Regulations and make a determination for approval/disapproval.
   2. (2) If the reallocation request is disapproved, the OHMVR Division will provide written notification to the Grantee with an explanation why the request was denied.
   3. (3) If the reallocation request is approved, the OHMVR Division will sign and return the Project Cost Estimate Reallocation Request form to the Grantee via email.
   4. (4) The Grantee must retain a copy of the Project Cost Estimate Reallocation Request form.
3. (c) OHMVR Division approval of adjustments to the Project Cost Estimate is required prior to the end of the Project Performance Period or the charged costs shall be denied.
