1. (a) No person shall bring, permit to enter, or possess a dog or other animal on the premises of Cal Expo unless authorized in writing by the General Manager.
2. (b) A dog or other animal authorized on the premises of Cal Expo shall be on a leash of no more than six feet in length and under the immediate control of a person or confined to a vehicle unless authorization is to the contrary.
3. (c) A person authorized to bring or possess a dog on the premises of Cal Expo shall present proof that the dog has a valid license or rabies inoculation, except for dogs under five months old.
4. (d) No person authorized to possess a dog or other animal on the premises of Cal Expo shall not permit it to remain outside a trailer, mobile home, recreational vehicle, or other enclosure during the night.
5. (e) Subsections (a) and (b) shall not apply to a “seeing eye” dog used to guide a blind person there present, provided that the dog remains under the immediate control of the blind person and is not disturbing to other persons.
