Review, approval, adjustment, enforcement, notification, forfeiture and all other responsibilities of the lead agency, operator and Division of Mine Reclamation with respect to financial assurances shall be conducted as prescribed in Public Resources Code Section 2710 et seq. unless expressly outlined in this article.
