1. (a) A public hearing shall be held no later than 45 days after the date the petition was filed. If a request for additional data has been made by the Supervisor pursuant to Section 1858 of this subchapter, the hearing shall be held no later than 75 days after the petition was filed.
2. (b) Public hearings shall be held at a convenient place within the district in which the unit area is located.
