1. (a) The names and addresses of all persons listed in the records of the county tax assessor as having an interest in the lands included in the proposed unit area.
2. (b) A certified copy of the resolution of the State Lands Commission approving the unit agreement in those cases where lands under the jurisdiction of the commission are in the proposed unit area.
