Within six (6) months of the receipt of the stocking report, the Director shall determine, by inspection, whether the stocking has been properly completed. If so, the Director shall issue a report of satisfactory completion of stocking. If not, the Director shall take such corrective action as the Director deems appropriate in accordance with the provisions of Article 8 of Chapter 8 of Part 2 of Division 4 of the Public Resources Code (commencing with PRC § 4601).
