Timberland ownership's of 50,000 acres or more may use subsection (c) of 14 CCR §§ 913.11, 933.11, and 953.11 if a Notice of Preparation for a PTEIR has been filed with the Department. This option may only be used until the PTEIR is certified or rejected by the Department. Maximum Sustained Production will be maintained under the provisions of the PTEIR after certification of the PTEIR by the Department.
