1. (a) Any land ownership change upon which there is an unapproved work completion report or Stocking report, must be reported to the Director.
2. (b) Prior to recordation, the existing PTHP Timberland owner shall notify the acquiring Timberland owner of the existence of the PTHP, the requirement to notify the Director of the change of ownership, and the acquiring party's responsibility for compliance with the Stocking Standards of the Act and the applicable Rules of the Board.
3. (c) The acquiring party shall notify the Director within 10 days of the date title is recorded by the county recorder.
