1. (a) The public hearing should normally proceed in the following manner:

   1. (1) Identification of the record by CAL FIRE;
   2. (2) Statements on behalf of the appealing agency;
   3. (3) Statements on behalf of Person submitting the Plan;
   4. (4) Statements of members of the public, including other interested agencies;
   5. (5) Response on behalf of CAL FIRE “Chairman or designee”
   6. (6) Motion to close public hearing;
2. (b) Notwithstanding the above, the Chairman or designee may in the exercise of discretion, determine the order of the proceedings.
3. (c) The Chairman may impose reasonable time limits upon statements and presentations and may accept written statements in lieu of oral statements.
4. (d) The public hearing shall be recorded either electronically or by other convenient means.
