1. (a) Name, address and 24-hour telephone number of an individual and an alternate who has authority to respond to Department requests for resources to suppress fires.
2. (b) Number of individuals available for fire fighting duty and their skills.

3. (c) Equipment available for fire fighting.

   The Fire Suppression Resources Inventory shall be submitted to the CAL FIRE unit headquarters office of the Department having jurisdiction for the Timber Operation.

The Fire Suppression Resources Inventory shall include, as a minimum, the following information:
