1. (a) Any THP submitted pursuant to Section 4561.7 of the Public Resources Code shall include the following information, in addition to other requirements of the rules of the Board.

   1. (1) A specific request for an exemption from stocking standards; and
   2. (2) A description of the testing to be conducted on the site.
2. (b) The exemption from stocking shall become effective upon the Director's determination that the timber harvesting plan is in conformance with the rules and regulations of the Board.

Pursuant to PRC 4561.7, the following standards shall apply to the request for an exemption from the stocking standards of the Act for progeny, clonal, or provenance testing.
