Cal. Code Regs. tit. 14, § 31005
(a) Commission staff shall notify the agency or museum and the tribe(s) involved in the dispute via regular USPS mail, and if provided, via electronic mail, within 30 days of receiving a written notice of any of the following disputes:
(b) The notification to the agency or museum and the tribe(s) shall be on a form prescribed by the Commission and shall include the following:
(c) A written notice of dispute submitted by an agency or museum or tribe shall include the following:
(d) A written notice of dispute shall be submitted to the Commission via regular USPS mail at the following address:
