(a) A regulated entity must notify the Office within one business day of observing, with respect to a fire requiring a response from a fire suppression agency, that:

1. New chapter 2 (article 1, sections 29300-29302), article 1 (sections 29300-29302) and section filed 9-13-2021 as an emergency; operative 9-13-2021 (Register 2021, No. 38). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 3-14-2022 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
