Project Eligibility.

(a) The following projects are eligible for a Grant:
- (1) Projects that empower safe and resilient communities.
- (2) Projects that increase access to parks and open spaces.
- (3) Projects that protect and manage water resources.
- (4) Projects that increase biodiversity.
- (5) Projects that advance urban forest health.
- (6) Projects that remediate degraded lands.
- (7) Projects that mitigate impacts from extreme heat.
- (8) Projects that prevent wildfire.
