No person shall be present in or remain in or upon units during hours the units are closed pursuant to section 25016.01. No person shall camp or stay overnight in any unit except in developed facilities so designated by the San Joaquin River Conservancy for that purpose and in conformance with signs posted pursuant to section 25015.03 of this chapter, unless otherwise authorized in writing by the San Joaquin River Conservancy.
