2. (2) North-Central Coast Region: Nearshore waters between a line extending due west true from a point on the mainland shore at 40 degrees 10 minutes north latitude near Cape Mendocino, Humboldt County, and a line extending due west true from Point Ano Nuevo, San Mateo County,
3. (3) South-Central Coast Region: Nearshore waters between a line extending due west true from Ano Nuevo, San Mateo County, and a line extending due west true from Point Conception, Santa Barbara County,
4. (4) South Coast Region: Nearshore waters between a line extending due west true from Point Conception, Santa Barbara County, and the U.S.-Mexico border.
