1. (a) Limit: Ten.

2. (b) Minimum size: Twenty-four inches fork length or five pounds except that:

   Five fish less than twenty-four inches fork length or weighing less than five pounds may be taken and possessed.

3. (c) The provisions of this section shall only remain operative if the provisions of Section 8377 of the Fish and Game Code, pertaining to the commercial take of Pacific bonito, become operative on March 1, 1982 and remain operative.
