1. (a) In Clear Lake and its tributaries, hitch may be taken by hand or hand-held dip net.
2. (b) No barriers or weirs may be constructed to herd fish.
3. (c) All hitch are to be utilized and not left as waste.
4. (d) All fish taken by hand or net other than hitch must be immediately returned live to the water. No other fish may be possessed along with hitch as part of a mixed bag.
