8. (h) Test Procedures.

   1. (1) Determining Compliance. The certification requirements and test procedures for determining compliance with this section 1962.2 are set forth in “California Exhaust Emission Standards and Test Procedures for 2018 and Subsequent Model Zero-Emission Vehicles and Hybrid Electric Vehicles, in the Passenger Car, Light-Duty Truck and Medium-Duty Vehicle Classes,” adopted March 22, 2012, amended September 3, 2015, which is incorporated herein by reference.
   2. (2) NEV Compliance. The test procedures for determining compliance with subdivision 1962.1(d)(5)(F)1. are set forth in ETA-NTP002 (revision 3) “Implementation of SAE Standard J1666 May 93: Electric Vehicle Acceleration, Gradeability, and Deceleration Test Procedure” (December 1, 2004), and ETA-NTP004 (revision 3) “Electric Vehicle Constant Speed Range Tests” (February 1, 2008), both of which are incorporated by reference herein.
