2. (b) Restrictions.

   1. (1) Golden Gate Bridge. Northbound vehicles shall stop for inspection and bridge escort at the Toll Plaza. Southbound vehicles shall stop for inspection and bridge escort at the north abutment of the bridge. No vehicles transporting explosives are permitted on the bridge between 0630 and 0930 hours and between 1600 and 1900 hours on weekdays.
   2. (2) Tom Lantos Tunnels. Vehicles transporting explosives, flammable gases, or flammable or combustible liquids are prohibited through the tunnels.
