Cal. Code Regs. tit. 13, § 1890.07 – Toxicology Driving Under the Influence/Driving Under the Influence of Drugs Laboratories.

(a) Toxicology Driving Under the Influence (DUI)/Driving Under the Influence of Drugs (DUID) laboratory Grant funds shall be used by the Grantee(s) to improve and advance the standardization of practices in toxicology laboratories supporting DUI/DUID Projects to aid in the enforcement of laws related to DUI of alcohol and other drugs, including cannabis and Cannabis Products.
(b) Eligible Applicants include Local Government (California county and/or city crime laboratories).
