Database Access Cancellation or Suspension.

- (a) The department shall terminate access to the database when the license issued to the TVS is no longer valid or is expired.
- (b) If a court is not in substantial compliance with the requirements of section 345.46, the department shall suspend access to the database. The suspension shall be lifted when the court complies with section 345.46.
