1. (a) A list of the costs for work performed by a registration service for each type of transaction shall be conspicuously posted in a place visible to the public at each business location receiving clients.

   1. (1) When alternative methods are used to determine costs, the list of costs shall also contain a description of the alternative methods.
2. (b) When clients are not received at a business location, a copy of the list of costs shall be provided by the registration service to each client prior to accepting a transaction or any compensation.
3. (c) The list of the costs shall not include any fees due to the department.
