1. (a) Each registration service shall display a sign that includes the full name of the service as shown in departmental records at the principal place of business or any branch office receiving clients.
2. (b) Each registration service shall display a sign, pursuant to subsection (a), on the office door and the on the building directory, when there is such a directory, at the principal place of business or any branch office receiving clients which is located in a building housing more than one business.
