Cal. Code Regs. tit. 12, § 2504
(b) When the evidence of record establishes that an educational institution or its programs of education fail to meet any of the requirements for CSAAVE approval, CSAAVE shall suspend the approval for new enrollments for a period not to exceed 60 days pursuant to Title 38 Code of Federal Regulations section 21.4259. The institution shall have up to 60 days to correct any deficiencies.
(c)(1) CSAAVE shall take an action described in Title 38 U.S. Code section 3679(f)(3) or (f)(4)(A) if it determines that an educational institution is the subject of a negative action made by the accrediting agency that accredits the institution. A negative action made by the accrediting agency includes the following:
(d) An institution offering program of education requiring approval from another licensing agency in this state that subsequently loses that approval shall:
