1. (a) An approved institution shall immediately notify CSAAVE of any change to the institution or its programs of education where CSAAVE used the information as a basis for a grant of approval to offer federal Title 38 awards and provide all documentation associated with the change to CSAAVE.

2. (b) When the evidence of record establishes that an educational institution or its programs of education fail to meet any of the requirements for CSAAVE approval, CSAAVE shall suspend the approval for new enrollments for a period not to exceed 60 days pursuant to Title 38 Code of Federal Regulations section 21.4259. The institution shall have up to 60 days to correct any deficiencies.

   1. (A) accreditor sanctions;
   2. (B) accreditation probation; or
   3. (C) the loss of accreditation or candidacy of accreditation.
   4. (2) An educational institution that is the subject of any negative action as described in subsection (c)(1) shall immediately notify CSAAVE of the action.

   (c)(1) CSAAVE shall take an action described in Title 38 U.S. Code section 3679(f)(3) or (f)(4)(A) if it determines that an educational institution is the subject of a negative action made by the accrediting agency that accredits the institution. A negative action made by the accrediting agency includes the following:

3. (d) An institution offering program of education requiring approval from another licensing agency in this state that subsequently loses that approval shall:

   1. (1) Immediately cease new enrollment of eligible veterans and eligible persons in the course or program of education offered by the educational institution.
   2. (2) Immediately provide written notice to CSAAVE of the loss of approval to offer the program of education.
