Each institution that offers programs of education pending approval by CSAAVE under this chapter shall provide CSAAVE with copies of all documents and other materials which CSAAVE specifically or categorically requests concerning the institution and its programs of education, during the approval process, including all documents maintained by the governmental, accrediting, or licensing agency or entity.
