Cal. Code Regs. tit. 12, § 485 – Grant Funding Eligibility.

(a) Each CVSP must ensure they maintain eligibility for certification, as described in CalVet's Procedure Manual, Part I and in section 484(a)(1)-(3).
(b) If, for any reason, the CVSP is decertified while receiving grant funding, then all grant funding shall be halted until the organization is re-certified by CalVet.
