Cal. Code Regs. tit. 12, § 360
All properties purchased by CalVet must be insured against fire and other hazards for the full replacement cost of the improvements or structures thereon. The insurance must be in such minimum amount and placed with such company or companies as CalVet may determine from time to time, except that condominium units may be insured under a master insurance policy covering the entire project and veterans must make their own arrangements, subject to the approval of the Home Loan Division, for insurance on mobile homes.
