Unless expressly accepted in writing by the Home Loan Division, all conditions, encumbrances, and liens, whether of record or not, must be cleared prior to purchase by CalVet. Each property must have a year-round access and water supply which, in the opinion of the Home Loan Division, will be adequate and sufficient for its intended use as a farm or home.
