1. (a) The DOJ may suspend or revoke a laboratory's FSD Laboratory Certification for any of the following:

   1. (1) Any act of gross negligence.
   2. (2) Repeated acts of negligence.
   3. (3) Any violation of these regulations and/or any applicable statute.
   4. (4) Any of the grounds for denial stated in section 4086 of these regulations.
2. (b) Any suspension or revocation action will be conducted in accordance with Government Code section 11500 et seq.
3. (c) Upon DOJ suspension or revocation of certification under this section, the laboratory may not test FSDs for approval under these regulations.
